Use this four-quart pan with a three way glass lid as a skillet, a pot, or a roaster. We use Krona cookware in our test kitchen and at home. This looks more like an ice-cream scoop. As a 4-quart pan, it would appear to be chock full of fail---it does not have the advertised capacity, and its plastic would melt or burn over even a low flame.
