Great quality heavy weight cookie sheet like we used to have. I didn't know I would be able to find this. If your cookies need help with actual baking, these might be what you are missing! Nice generous size.

I was looking for a solid cookie sheet and this one was highly recommended. I was very impressed with the weight and sturdiness of the sheet. It is a first class unit. It is a bit deeper than you might expect, so you should measure your oven. But that was not an issue for me. br / br /The only quibble I had with the unit was that, while the back (bottom) came with a nice protective (removable) plastic coating, the front (top) was bare. This normally would not be a problem; but there was a large sticker right in the middle. And of course it was one of the type that refuse to come off. Try a little WD-40 and it will slide right off. But the top should have also been coated.

I Purchased 2 Vollrath cookie sheets when Cook's Illustrated recommended as #1, One I gave as a gift. My friend bakes a zillion cookies and she told me how great it was. When the spirit strikes me I will use mine.

I bought two of these last year...and promptly bought two more and passed along all of my other sheets to Goodwill Industries. The Vollrath will spoil you--doesn't warp; cookies don't stick; and they have just the right amount of goldeness. The best!
