I already own one of these and am ordering a second one for this season's baking. I make sugar cookies every Christmas and this sheet bakes them absolutely perfectly. They basically slide right off and I don't even have to use a turner to get them off the pan. This is well worth the money.

Bought this on the recommendation of Dec. Gourmet review of cookie sheets. It is the best one I've seen yet. Using sheet pans doesn't work for fragile cookies, and sheets need to be shiny for good browning. This one is large, shiny and appears to not warp. (only had it for a month) Easy to clean and cookies release easily.

I always use parchment paper when I bake cookies so they won't burn, but with these cookie sheets I am pitching the paper-and all of my old rusty warped pans!! These cookie sheets perform better than the air-bake or any non stick! Cookies brown perfectly but don't burn or stick!! Don't hesitate to try this one out!! I just wish they had bigger pizza pans!-jj
