Product Description Made to withstand commercial use, while still producing a professional product, this is a pan worth owning. Naturally you can make jelly roll cakes in it, but you will no doubt it comes in handy for baking bar cookies, breasts of chicken, and a host of other foods. Its extra large size comes in handy for large families or catering operations.
Amazon.com Review Chicago Metallic's classic 18-by-13-by-1-inch pan is a must for any baker's kitchen. Line it with parchment or wax paper, and thin cakes come out ready to roll. With slightly tapered sides, the pan holds twelve cups by volume, just right for a basic sheet cake. To make smaller cakes, line with aluminum foil, folding it into a little wall and filling the unused portion with dried beans or rice for balance. This versatile pan also accommodates 12 large cookies or shortbread. I--Shannon Borg/I

Jelly Roll Pans January 6, 2009 Erie Oma (Erie, PA) Recently I purchased the Commercial non-treated 10 x 15 Jelly Roll Pans. My son lives in an apartment with a small stove/oven and needed something like mine for baking meatballs to cookies. Other pans just didn't work for him. My 12 x 18 jelly roll pans were purchased in 1969 and well seasoned now...they are as dark as they can get and bake my breads and cookies to perfection. I can't do without them!
best jelly roll pan I've owned December 20, 2008 S. Gochnauer (Ohio) This pan is fantastic. It's very heavy--seems to have a double layer construction. It also has a wonderful smooth surface that acts like nonstick, but it doesn't scratch off like those horrible coatings most pans have. I hope to replace all my pans with this type!
Great, once the glue is removed December 16, 2008 Y. R. White (Belton, MO USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Ok, so I thought previous reviewers were just whining about the amount of time it took to remove the glue that held the product sheet in place. However, even with using a scrubbie, Cameo metal cleaner and then Goo Gone, it took almost an hour to get all of the glue off. After that, using the pan was great! This pan is a bit lighter than pans I have bought from Sam's Club and this pan cost almost twice as much.
time saver November 16, 2008 Baking Jane (Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These smaller jelly roll pans are great. br /Example: when I make the texas sheet cake recipe , I use both pans and divide the recipe into the two. After baking both pans and cooling. I will put one of the pans in the freezer for later use. It's already and all I have to do is pull it out from the freezer and thaw for just awhile.
Perfect Size October 8, 2008 Sophie (Honolulu, HI USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is perfect size for roasting vegetables such as bell peppers and eggplants. It is very easy to clean up.
