The LamsonSharp steak knife is tough enough to chew its way through the sturdiest piece of flank steak, plus it looks downright elegant. These are substantial knives: the wave cut blade is made of stamped high-carbon stainless steel and honed by hand at the factory in Vermont. The blade is sharp and strong and attached to the Rosewood handle with three brass rivets. (The black dot on the middle rivet is the LamsonSharp mark of distinction.)
