Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
LamsonSharp's PRO Walnut series stamped Kitchen Necessities feature walnut wood handles that are unusually hard and durable. (The natural color may vary from tool to tool.) An Ulu knife was traditionally used by Inuit people (aka Eskimo) of Northern Canada and Alaska as an all purpose blade. In the modern kitchen, it can be used as you would a mezzaluna. The blades are either one-piece full tang or half-tang, made from hardened and tempered high-carbon stainless steel from Solingen, Germany. The handles are either double riveted or triple riveted with brass rivets. Lamson & Goodnow, the makers of LamsonSharp knives, have been handcrafting cutlery since 1837 in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts. Lifetime warranty. Made in the USA. Blade style: Ulu Knife.

This is a perfect size knife. Works great and is made in the USA which is a major consideration for me
