I've been buying knife's at walmart, that look pretty good, but you take them home and they bend. Or the knife's that I had you can't sharpen and they won't cut anything. br /This knife however is a dream come true. Just keep the fingers out of the way or you'll have a little extra meat in whatever you're making.
