Unless you are after the Henckels name, this item is not worth much. It's too small to be used for anything, and the silicone pot holder is ... there are better ones out there, with magnets, for example.

I had to return the bamboo part of this order because it split in half the second time I used it. After returning it to the manufacturer and waiting and emailing for about 3 weeks this is the reply I finally recieved: br / "When you mail something in to us, upon receipt of it, there is a 4-6 week turn around time. br / br /Your item was found to be defective and is being replaced. This is your order number 2345938. br / br / It is common to suggest within 3 business weeks of receipt, to then hear something." br / br / Not even a "We are sorry for the inconvience letter" It cost me $5.00 to ship it back to them! br / br /
