Great knives! August 4, 2008 JCPewter (Sequim, WA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I thought this would really be too small for most paring, etc., but it isn't, and I find that I use it a lot. These Victorinox knives arrive sharp, and they stay sharp. The handles are nice, too, very slip-resistant. Good buy!
Extremely Usefull Tool! August 1, 2008 Scott Howard (Bryan, TX) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
For someone who really gets into cooking, a knife this size gets probably more use than any other. It's just right for detail work like garlic, ginger, etc. I trust the Victorinox brand, I have owned Victorinox knives in one form or another for 30 years. The only ones that I am not still using are ones that I have lost. For the price, I don't know if there's anything out there that would come close to what you're getting with this knife.
A #1 rated knife for $5.00 July 17, 2008 Stephen G. Horlick (Gillette, WY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Paring knives have their rightful place in your kitchen. This little fella was rated tops on America's test kitchen.
Great knife June 21, 2008 P. Hobbs 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This knife has a good feel to it and is very sharp though I would not consider it a "paring" knife. I would recommend it because it's good quality at a great price. (My idea of a paring knife is something a little smaller with a curved handle and blade.)
Great paring knife for the price! May 27, 2008 Melissa A. Minor (Kennesaw, GA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great little knife for a great price! I have an assortment of more expensive paring knives, none of which keeps an edge for very long. This one keeps its edge, is light and easy to hold, and was cheap.
