I have tried so many different pans for roasting my Thanksgiving turkey, none of them come close to this pan. br / br /This pan does not chip and it really is non stick. Many pans claim to be non stick and end up after a few uses chipping or sticking. br / br /Cooking and clean up are almost always a pain. I can say without a doubt this has made my clean up and cooking much easier. I will be using this pan for my roasts, turkeys, and lasagna. I am very happy with it.
