Product Description
The Gastroflex Mini Bordelais Muffin Mold by Matfer Bourgeat is made of silicone and designed specifically for making canele. Canele are a Bordeaux pastry made from crepe batter. Sugar crystallizes on the outside of the caneles, creating a crispy crunchy outer layer with a creamy smooth internal texture. Each mold holds about 1-1/2 tablespoons of batter. Silicone molds work best when set on a cookie sheet or sheetpan. Dimensions: 11-13/16 x 6-7/8
