The product tends to warp in the oven and loses its shape so it does not remain flat. Once it cools, the pan reverts back to it's original shape. br /

It serves its purpose and bakes our goods to perfection. It was a reasonable price and we would recommend it to others. br /One less star for having difficulty cleaning it- you need to scrub away really hard to get it clean from having sprayed it with PAM to bake.
