5 out of 5 stars works great   March 6, 2008

I've only cooked a chuck roast in the pressure cooker and it turned out great. It took only 35 minutes and was as good as one cooked for 3 or 4 hours. Definetly a keeper

Thanks to this pressure cooker, and Lorna Sass's book Pressure Perfect, the staff at the drive through at McDonalds must be wondering what happened to me and my kids. I can have a great dinner ready in 20 minutes, even if everything's in the freezer. This pot has been a great size for cooking everything, and it still fits in the dishwasher. I wish I'd bought one years ago.
