I wish I had never ordered this coffeemaker. I love my old Bunn coffee makers and won't order any other brand...but it will NEVER be the thermo kind again. The coffee gets cold fast, and as there is no plate heater it's not for us. If you don't drink the whole pot in the first 10 minutes you have to heat your coffee in the microwave. The carafe leaks. ALSO, you can't tell if there is coffee in the pot or not...I really miss my old-style Bunn!

this is the second bunn i have owned in 20 years. i love it because there is no burner to continue cooking the coffee after it is brewed.no forgetting to shut the coffee pot off. you can fill the carafee with hot water and it keeps the coffee hot a little longer than if you used cold water.the coffee stays hot for up to four hours.it is also one cup bigger than my old one.very easy clean up.

Bunn nomally makes a good product. Well not this one! The Carafe leaks. I sent the first one back to Bunn and they replace it. Well, now the replacement Carafe is leaking. Get a Bunn but DO NOT buy this model!

My husband and I have had one of these coffee makers for over five years now. We love it. Makes great coffee very quickly. We need a new one now, and we are going to purchase the same one again because we love it so much! We never have to worry wether or not we left it on when we leave the house either. That is great too. I tell all of my friends about it. I think it is the perfect coffee maker and would not have any other kind.
