I purchased 6 of these chairs so they arrived in three separate packages. The first package opened had all hardware and pieces. The second package opened had no hardware. The third package opened had no hardware and missing 4 of 8 chair rungs. Reported this to Unbeatable Sales as well as the outfit that sells these chairs to Unbeatable Sales. Customer service had very pleasant people to speak with but it's been over a week and I still don't have the missing parts. Can only use 2 of the 8 chairs. Cancelled a dinner party due to this. It would appear that once they have their $$ you are no longer on their molecule. Repeat business?? I don't think so. I'm furnishing my entire house but not thru this business. Don't know where the high ratings come from; written perhaps by Unbeatable and their suppliers? Chairs arrive from Malaysia but no one in the US does any quality control. They are simply the "middle man". Like the chairs but response to customer service sucks poorly. On a scale of 1-5 they get a 1.
