It took my boyfriend and I 20 minutes just to unhook the ball, and since this company has a deplorable return policy (once you take the jewelry out of the sealed bag, it's yours and nonreturnable) br / br /So, obviously seeing how hard it was to put on, I'm sure that's why they do that. br / br /So, I don't wear this obviously, the ring part is a tad on the small side too. br / br /Don't buy this

I think the design is really cute but I can't seem to open the ring no matter what direction I twist it. I am afraid i might break it. Is there a special trick to this?

while I was twisting the ball on this ring to attach it, the silver chain broke off of the ball. and even after that it STILL wouldn't open.
