My fiance proposed to me on July 3, 2007 with this ring in hand. The minute I saw it, I started crying-- I couldn't believe how gorgeous it was!
Moissanite is an amazing stone. It has even more sparkle than diamonds and let me tell you-- with light hitting it, the stone is truly dazzling.
The biggest reason why we had discussed moissanite over diamond was how "clean" it is-- with moissanite, you never have to worry that you're getting a conflict, or "blood," diamonds. No matter how much the salesperson reassures you that their store doesn't buy conflict diamonds, how can you be truly sure? With moissanite, that worry is eliminated. Of course, the price doesn't hurt as well... :-)
Our wedding is coming up on October 17, and I truly feel that this ring is the crowning piece to my "princess" wedding day!
