Not bad, but not the best either October 7, 2008 Ruchik Sadavrati (NYC, NY, USA) This extremely light weight Casio sport watch seems very sturdy. The look, the design are all excellent. However, the built-in functions of waves, position of moon etc. are not reliable at all. Even the compass is not reliable. But for $19.99, I would not expect all these to save me from the Amazon jungle! Also, the 4 buttons are a little over extended outside. While putting my backpack on, I have accidentally changed the display without noticing. As I said, not bad for regular sports (even Tennis), but do not rely even 1% on it's navigational skills!
Lasted less than 6 months October 3, 2008 Jacquelyn Burns (midwest) Bought this for my 16 year old son. Right from the beginning it started fogging up after he got out of the water(lake/shower). In August one of the side buttons fell off, now mind you I have a teenage boy that is impeccably neat and careful with his things.
Good not great October 3, 2008 W. Chapin (Maine) Works ok once you get the lunitidal thing worked out!Buttons are too large and have a tendency to change display without your knowledge...
Excellent value for your money September 19, 2008 Javier Angulo (USA) What you see is what you get. When it comes to watches- specially sports watches- Casio is a very good quality brand. This sports watch is a very good value, you get cool design, good quality materials and some nice features (i.e Moon phase data) plus the ultra durable battery (10 years). If you are looking for a watch to time you training sessions this is the right purchase for the right amount of money. You can always go fancier but there is really no need as this watch has the key features to meet most of the needs of the semi-pro athlete.
Good Watch September 11, 2008 A. Follansbee (Annadale, NJ USA) This is my primary watch. Nice simple controls, stop watch etc. was confusing trying to figure out what to input for the lunar offset, NYC's lunar offset was not in the manual, Boston's was. It is pretty solid, been smacked around alot and under water frequently. AOK. Terrific for $19
