This is a Fram # CF10134 - Using Google the number FCF10134 only shows up linked to this Amazon listing... not at Fram! Go to the Fram site for models this filter fits... the parts look-up [under "Make sure it fits"] is also wrong!
Fram lists the CF10134 for Civics, 2006. 2007, 2008 etc., yet "Make sure it fits" said the filter would not work - it did not list any Fram cabin air filters for the 2007 Civic. Ordered the filter based on Fram's site, and indeed received a CF10134. It fit without problems, taking about 2 minutes to replace, & that includes walking out to the car... Google for pictures if you want to make sure you can handle it before ordering. Instructions are included with the filter, but they are *only* for an Accord - while the procedure was identical on the 2007 Civic, I have no idea if it's the same for all Hondas.
Amazon's service was great, as always, & the price was very fair... The filter's just a simple paper filter - how long it'll last depends on how dirty the air is where you drive - so really can't say this filter is better or worse than brand X... I like Fram, & the charcoal coating they add eliminates some of the oders in the air outside the car.

This was easy to install. Comes with detail instructions for your specific model car. I can't tell any difference from the original one but have piece of mind.
