i purchased this item and it arrived as described, in a vacuum sealed plastic bag, inside of the storage tube. However, when i opened the bag, the cloth was stuck together, and it was difficult to unfold. as i did, small parts of the cloth tore away, even as i ran it under water. rather disappointing. the cloth, tho, is very absorbent.
