Tsunami as transportation model

I have a dream that one day.
The tsunami effect to move a load. Imagine a tube or a corridor on a large scale, example Lille Paris, on the same level (yes that it is one of the constraints) filled has half of water.
Imagine that we will be, one day, able to reproduce a tsunami in this tube (with a control wavelength and amplitude).
Let us place there a barge modified (shortened, armoured the back, breaks blade with before and plate of slip on the with dimensions ones), the effect of the vague capture water in front of the barge to place it at the back and fact thus advanced the load.
The slopes of the bottom would able us to control the acceleration and the deceleration of this load. The only energy which we would need to move this load that would be used to produce this wave. This barge without engine would have the speed of a TGV.
