Study assumptions

Has anyone had luck finding the text of this study? I expect that buried in the details are some assumptions regarding production processes that may be inflating the costs, but without access to the study data, it's impossible to tell.

Regarding thermal depolymerization, the Wikipedia article has enough pointers to research the technique, and it's not clear that this study takes this into account.
