Keeping it Positive

I agree that there are many uplifting features of our lives -- and our minds -- that contribute to our well being. One of them, I argue in the above post, is cultivating skepticism about our mind's "first take" on various aspects of our perception. Doing so, I suspect, will cheer us up. For what it's worth, that "passing thought" at the piece's end is what the whole entry was about.
