Low carb & cognition

It would have been nice to see a follow up on low-carbers after a month on the diet. What they actually studied was the effect of dropping carbs initially and what happens during what is commonly called (a la Atkins) the Induction period. This effect, if experienced (and not all ppl experience it) is not long-term...in fact, it goes away after about two weeks and many ppl report feeling sharper.

Take a long-term low carber and reintroduce a high carb level...you'll find the same thing happens: so-called "brain fog".
