I think its time for the economy to totally reset and for us as americans to totally rethink the dollar value of work, belongings, and services.
We really need to figure out how to either make expenses liveable by minimum wage, or make minimum wage live up to our expenses.
Minimum wage should be a lowest common financial denominator. If as a single person you can't afford a house, a car, insurance, health insurance, you weekly food shopping, and a few incidentals.. Then we as Americans have messed up and let the system get away from us.
