The 67.4 percent of light

The 67.4 percent of light being absorbed by the panel doesn't translate into how much electricity the panel produces since most Silicon PV panels get a maximum of about 20 percent efficiency. The other 47.4 percent must have been converted to heat. So when they say that they have increased this number to 96.21 percent, they may have simply produced more heat with little or no increase in the electricity generated.
