Doctors opting out

It seems that a more immediate problem with Medicare is that doctors are opting out of the program. I have had 2 doctors drop out during the past year. I now would have to pay @ $250 for a visit. This is unconscionable. Medicare recipients need to fight back. I would suggest that Congress pass legislation that would deny federal aid to hospitals unless they certify that all their attending physicians accept Medicare.
