Supplements no better than placebo

I reached the same conclusion a couple of years back. That is why I gave up glucosamine and chondroitin. I've also discovered that part of my knee problems is related to surrounding muscles and ligaments. And that self-massage of the area 2 or 3 times a week helps pain & soreness significantly.
