I had read several accounts on the internet today stating a vaginal orgasm is a myth!!. I cannot believe this is up for debate. I can tell you from countless personal experiences it is real. I first had one at 28 years old. It started when one day out of the blue i felt a strong tingle inside my vagina on the right side. I begged my boyfriend at the time for sex to relieve the tingle.
