Try to make some little black holes and study them, so we can get started making stable ones.
I read somewhere that if they are small they tend to disappear rather quickly. Perhaps you could begin trying to figure out how to balance it with feed rates of material. And how to keep it from sinking into the Earth, using gravitational waves or something.
