As stated above, "The change in the westerlies is driven by the atmospheric effects of global warming and the ozone hole combined."
Are you argueing that humans caused a hole in the ozone layer and it is Solar Radiation causing Atmospheric Effects?
Or,
Are you argueing that humans are causing Atmospheric Effects, one of which is a hole in the Ozone Layer?
This article is very, very weak. If you going to attach a Title as provocative as this, please offer me some Meat & Potatoes instead of a plate of Steamed Vegatables.
