You just have to question this happiness stuff when you know that the group where the rate of suicide is highest is older white men by far. Even if it is true that men are happier at an older age, I think it is well-deserved as at younger ages men typically are focusing more on their careers and making money so that they can take care of their family - to the detriment of their personal lives, compared to your typical young female who is getting put on a pedestal, treated like a princess, and being taken care of in some shape or form by a man.
