Depends upon what you mean. Climate diversity is a good thing for supporting diversified life. Slow climate change is neither good nor bad, it just results in adaptation. Rapid climate change is NOT good... in can produce change more rapidly than species can adapt... this might allow for a spread or expansion of some species, but can be deadly for others.
