Long-term acid reflux can

Long-term acid reflux can probably eventually cause esophageal ulcers. I have found that if there is food in my stomach, lying on the left side helps to avoid reflux by keeping the stomach opening up high.
Ironically, low stomach acid seems to be a risk factor for H. Pylori infection. It can get complicated how things interact!
