You Are Out of Balance

You are not a scientist. You are an individual human being with a specific vocation. There is a hierarchy, that you are surely ignoring. Science attempts to explore a certain kind of truth. It is unfortunate if you cannot point this lens upon your own person. Yet science alone will not answer whom and what you are in any fundamental sense. Your comments do not rise to the level of scientific discourse. I am not sure what you hope to achieve. In spite of your training or disposition, you will not win every argument. The mind is an elegant tool, but it has inherent limitations. As a scientist, you should realize this obvious fact. Science is also knowledge gained through experience. I would suggest that your experience is sorely limited; as made clear by your article. Do not limit your field of exploration. There is a science of self-evident truth. If you are truly intelligent you will seek it out. Why, because like me and most people you seek answers that are not generally available. May I suggest the authors, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Alan Watts, and perhaps Carlo Suares. If your serious, you will discover others. I will leave you with a quote, "the essence of truth is as simple as the direct perception of a child", taken from, "The Passion of Judas".

About us

Science Blog was started in August 2002. It lives, breathes and eats press releases from research organizations around the globe. Most of what you read here are press releases from the outfits named in the stories themselves. Got a news story you think belongs here? Let's talk. The other half of the equation is blog posts from readers like you. So if you have an interest in science, please register and join others like you in an ongoing, vibrant dialog about what makes the world tick.
