Water as fuel !!

I find this discussion about gasoline and its alternatives little amusing. Well, water is not fuel in its own right, but the hydrogen which is generated by electrolysis of water using batteris can serve as a fuel. This fact is even reported by Scientfic American in the following post

And, the site about 'Water Fuelled Cars' is based on the same principle.
