Is it true (confirmed) that the fruit bat is the natural reservoir of the Ebola virus?

A few weeks ago I heard of a scientific conference scheduled to take palce in Gabon about viral haemorrhagic fevers. Did this conference take place? Was it about Ebola only or Ebola, Marburg, and Lassa fever?

At what stages are the candidate vaccine trials?

We recently had Ebola and Marburg fever outbreaks in Uganda. We have plenty of fruit bats around. The Mango season is here and We may experience more influx of bats.
