Why are we still seeing people so hung up on the idea that hunting and warfare are the main drivers of evolution? Yes, they're part of our history, but why prioritise them over even more basic needs?
How about them being essential qualities for healthy romantic/sexual relationships, families and communities; cooperation in food gathering, making tools and clothing; finding safe places to live; looking after the sick; looking after babies/children (howzat for the most basic need any infant might have?); keeping the living area clean and habitable...
