Sooner or later the human race will become extinct if it stays on this planet. The last old man and woman will be eaten by the giant cockroaches and their remains consumed by the big flat worms. Whilst it is possible that the man will be 200 years old and the woman 198 years old, I wouldn't bet on it.

However, their cyber selves will continue for several decades after that, seemingly eternally young, living on the great hard drive which is powered by the sun's rays until it too burns out.

Then all this will be put into perspective.
