I paid USBCOM HITECH CO. LTD $687 for two laptops. They claimed the money they received was $592. I had to pay an extra $33, totaling $720. After the payment was completed, the company refused to pick my calls or reply my mails. For more than two weeks now, I have been begging them to refund my money or send the laptops but they have refused. I am now at the mercy of my customers.
This is a STAIN ON THE INTEGRITY OF CHINA and I strongly propose that the company be dealt with accordingly.
