i have blown my left shoulder and volrtaren 50mg was advised.(doctor). Honestly i feel that it is not worth it. My... weight trainer...no doc... did mention that it was strong,with possible side effects. I have been into the treatment for two weeks and no noticable change in comfort. My feeling, not worth worth taking if increase s heart problems. Thanks doc. wonder after reseach if your relationship with drug company was more important than my well being :(
