Concentric circles, hexagon, and rings...related?

Upon visiting the nasa website and reviewing additional photos, it became evident that there was a pattern. Note the concentric circles found in the atmospheric clouds around the hexagon. Could these patterns and the cause be the clue to the formation of the rings and possibly further help us to understand the force of gravity?
