I wonder, does the opposite hold true? If people are read a Bible passage extolling peacefulness, or are introduced to ideas such as from Hinduism (where your bad acts may cause you to reincarnate negatively) or Pandeism (where you might eventually come to experience the suffering you inflict on others) will they become less violent/aggressive?
