Warning to all young people!!

Submitted by Anonymous on Mon, 2008-02-11 08:17.

I STRONGLY advise all young people (and older people I suppose!) to AVOID removing the hair on your body (ie back, bum, arms etc) because I did this when I was a teen from about 15-18 years of age and it became a total chore and in the end it only made the problem worse. I haven't removed it for a few years now and am hairier than ever. It now grows in thicker than it ever did and I am quite sure that if I had just put up with the small amount that was there before I wouldnt be as hairy now. I too feel self conscious in a bathing suit and even in bed with my boyfriend who I have been with for 6 years! It's crazy and only we have the power to live our lives without this ridiculous social conditioning. By not giving in in the first place and not judging people on these superficial standards we will be making the world a better place for our future daughters to grow up.
