How would you know that most shark attacks occur without witnesses or evidence? Good luck proving that one. Most swimmers and surfers and fishers are doing so in places with other people, right? I've always been given to understand that shark attacks are hyped, and have been for years. If there really is a conspiracy, then it could only be that the real JFK was eaten by a shark, then replaced by a decoy for both shooters on the grassy knoll.
