It's pretty clear "BJS" lifted this but lifted only the text of it. At the end of paragraph 4 the article has "shown in figure". If you're going to do this type of non-sense at least either (1) steal the illustrations or (2) include a direct link to the original article with the illustrations. The proper and customary thing to do is to post a short summary and a link to the original.
