Hi,

I am real sorry that you are only sixteen and have this trouble.

I've had the same trouble for 16 years! But it's really not an issue anymore.

In almost everybody, as time goes by, this disease becomes less of a problem. You will have fewer and fewer outbreaks until they basically stop happening. Our bodies are amazing things, and you will not always have outbreaks like you do now..

For now, you can probably see a big difference by taking 2000mg. of L-Lysine every day until it stops/slows down. You should expect to see good results gradually over a period of six months or less.

You MUST keep your immune system strong to keep your disease under control. Try not to drink much alcohol, and DO NOT take any recreational drugs. Eat healthy, vitamins, sleep etc.. Google anti-viral foods like shitake mushrooms, EV coconut oil etc...

Use this time to re-examine your attitudes about sex and morality. Grow your spirit while your body heals itself. Talk to others and learn all that you can about the disease. Try to relax and accept this thing for what it really is...a nuisance. Stress makes it worse.

You are going to get past this thing...I promise. You are so young. Life is so much more than having sex ! And who knows if tomorrow is the day someone finds the cure.

Best regards,

Mario
