Whenever I feel that slight twinge down under I immediately pour peroxide on the spot, sit a few moments, dry the area and put neosporin for pain on the area. After I pee thru out the day I reapply the neosporin. At night I wear really loose shorts so that it has time to get air and not be constantly moist.. after about 3 days the tingles go away and a blister doesn't appear.
