Great ARTICLE!

Depression puzzles everyone.Im a physical trainer in NYC. I have been seen it personally with my clients.

They started training with me with depression (were able to function and they were treated). I have designed exercises where you are using 35 muscles at once incorporating balance, coordination and muscular strength.

here is one exercise to start warming up!

When you do 10 different exercises following that principle, your heart rate starts to beat faster, you are mentally engaged since you are too focused trying to coordinate different things at once, like raise heels and arms at the same time (see the video at the bottom of the page).

My clients sad that they felt so different after doing these specific exercises. Speaking with different neurobiologists they told me that is caused by the neurotransmitters serotonin and Norepinephrine.

I monitor also the part of their eyes. You see them very constrained and after the session very relaxed. why? Any feedback will be great!

I strongly believe that the neuroscience and fitness community should speak with each other and design exercise programs that will help people to age better. My system has been reviewed by several neurobiologists and is being tested with Parkinson clients.

My theory is that you can improve your brain functioning (cerebellum activity) and your fitness level at the same time with specific challenging exercises. The constant change of the program incorporating balance and coordination will promote the creation of new neural pathways

Here is one video I would like to share with your readers where you are using 35 muscles at once.(28 stabilizing through balance and 7 prime movers in different timing)..maybe your readers will like to try it out....please be approved to exercise!
