Hi, i feel your frustration.
i moved out into a uni flat....it wasnt an issue at 1st but then as i got more comfortable...the bedwetting started up again. i dont get it!
it doesnt really happen when i stay over at mates or my boyfriend...except for this one time and i was absolutely mortified but he was really cool about it. its like when im in a new environment or bed im fine...but as soon as im comfortable, i let go.

Im 20 and still wetting the bed. my parents dont know what to do anymore. the only way i try to help myself is to have one of those old fashion alarm clocks with no snooze button. place it on the other side of the room so when it goes off...you have to get up to switch it off and because your up, you might aswell go relieve yourself.
try that with the usual combination of avoiding late night conversations that make you too tired, staying up too late making you tired also and no liquids after 7.30pm (depends on what time you usually go to bed)

I also ordered on of those incontinence underlay bedsheets to protect my mattress of a website. they're really good. they trap all liquids so it wont soak your mattress. traps the smell as well.

hope that helps
